We ship only in the contiguous US at this time, via FedEx. We offer Live Arrival Guarantee with overnight shipping, and with 2-day shipping during good weather conditions.
We ship Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays. We do not offer same-day shipping. To estimate what day your order will ship, please consider the following typical shipping schedule:
Orders placed during business hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday usually ship on the following Monday.
Orders placed during business hours on Friday and Saturday usually ship on the following Tuesday.
Orders placed during business hours on Sunday and Monday usually ship on the following Wednesday.
During sales, our shipping schedule varies but we always do our best to get all orders out as soon as we can.
Orders will be shipped in the order they are received & processed. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, you will receive an email on the Sunday after your order is placed, unless placed on Sunday or Monday. A tracking email from FedEx will be sent either the night before shipping or the afternoon of. We ship late in the day (before 6 pm CST) to minimize the amount of time spiders are packed up.
We typically ship via FedEx priority overnight (rarely two-day). This does not mean you will receive your order the day after you place it. It does mean that your order will be shipped the fastest, safest way; You will receive your order the day after it ships, usually by 10:30 am (later for more rural addresses.)
We reserve the right to decline shipping in temps above 90°F or below 40°F, without voiding the LAG. We reserve the right to delay shipment until weather conditions are suitable; or due to other unavoidable issues such as molting.
In extreme weather (temps above 90°F or below 40°F at delivery time), we will likely require a hold at your local authorized FedEx *Ship Center for Live Arrival Guarantee. (*Walgreens & other drop off points are not eligible. Location must be an authorized Ship Center.) In the event of a package being held, it must be picked up from FedEx within 2 hours of arriving at FedEx office unless otherwise agreed upon.
We cannot be held responsible for FedEx delays. Please be assured that if your package is delayed, our shipping company ShipYourReptiles is immediately and diligently working with FedEx to correct the issue as quickly as possible.
